Welcome to Rhino Building and DIY Supplies Ltd, we are an independent builders merchant which started trading in 2012. We supply to both trade and retail customers and offer both a delivery service throughout Norfolk and Suffolk as well as collections from our depot in Acle.
We have built a high quality team who have extensive experience in the industry and are happy to advise on building and DIY requirements. To help you we are developing a range of “How to” guides on this site (here) . We offer a take off service from plans and can work alongside you as your projects progress.
We offer a large range of timber as well as the full range of building materials (from paving for gardens to plastic guttering and underground piping) and in particular we offer a service of delivering a range of aggregates either in jumbo bags or we can supply this loose and tipped.
Being a local independent business we take a real pride in the service we give as demonstrated by the reviews we receive here. We are very grateful for the support we receive from local people and so we are very happy to support local community projects.

Every time I’ve been in or ordered any materials from rhino all I have had is unbelievable 1st class service. The yard staff are really helpful and customer facing staff have always been friendly, helpful and seem pleased to help and advise me. And the drivers are a true credit to your company and nothing and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them. They’re so professional and even while they unload my goods the banter is good, harmless humour . And sometimes as in every job they must have off days but not once have any of the staff ever let that show. Which again shows they are all professional.

Yesterday I ordered half a jumbo bag of ballast which arrived today unbeknown to me and as always I assume it was toad who brought it and put it exactly where I would have asked him. The whole of your
drivers excel themselves. As do all of the staff there. I truly hope the managers and owners of rhinos realise just what a good workforce they have. Which is why I use them for everything I need. And again thank ALL of you for the 100% service you have given me over the past year. May it continue for many more.

Great service. Once we purchased our items online we realised we clicked collect instead of delivery, we quickly called and they were able to change to delivery. Great service and fast delivery. They squeezed us in for next day delivery.
