The Fibre Cement Soffit Board is primarily designed for use with pitched roofs, meeting fire regulations and is autoclaved to improve moisture resistance and strength. Non-asbestos, light grey in colour and 1200 x 150 x 3.2mm. This Undercloak Soffit board is comprised from a fibre cement, ensuring it is hard wearing.
